¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ginger
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. cloves
2 eggs
15 oz. can Pumpkin
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust.
Beat eggs, then mix in pumpkin and evaporated milk, then add the mixed dry ingredients of sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt and cloves. Take beater and mix well. bake in one unbaked crust at 15 minutes in 450° oven, then 45 minutes in 350° oven.
Pie is done when center of pie filling reaches 175° F. Use a thermometer for accuracy.
