6 eggs
5 Tbsp. unflavored Collagen
2 Tbsp. unflavored Gelatin
Separate egg whites and yolks in 2 bowls. Beat the egg whites and slowly add the gelatin. Beat until the whites are fluffy and stiff.
Then beat the egg yolks while slowly adding the collagen to them. Mix them until pasty.
Fold the egg white mix into the egg yolk mix. Fold Lightly to keep them light and fluffy.
Heat a pan and grease it with lard. Cook the pancakes until golden brown. Top with Butter and maple syrup.
